„You unwarranted and against the interdiction by the police altered the appearance of another person's property by attaching a sticker stating "Rettet die Erde" (Save the earth) on a road sign 222-20. That is illegal within the meaning of sec. 1, 2 of the graffiti law of September 2, 2003, in conjunction with sec. 1, 10 of the law on regulatory offences.“
